Gmp is the only real estate company in Spain that has accredited the necessary requirements to be awarded the WiredScore Portfolio seal, which was launched worldwide on 7 March.
This award from WiredScore recognizes and rewards the commitment shown by companies in the real estate sector to delivering a best-in-class technological experience across their portfolio of buildings.
Gmp is a pioneer in Spain in certifying WiredScore and/or SmartScore across a significant portion of the buildings it manages.
WiredScore measures the digital connectivity of the buildings, while SmartScore assesses the technology, processes and procedures applied to improve the user experience, ensuring that the building meets the expectations of current users and is fully future-ready.
- Our iconic Castellana 81 building is the first tower block in Spain to achieve dual WiredScore and SmartScore certification. The building has achieved Platinum standard, the highest awarded level in both programs.
- ARQBÓREA, Gmp’s most recent development, was the first office building in Spain to be WiredScore and SmartScore certified in 2021. It also currently holds the top Platinum level.
- oxxeo, has achieved Gold in both global standards and is currently in the process of upgrading to Platinum.
- Génova 27, the six buildings at Parque Norte business park and the Orense 34 complex have obtained Platinum level for WiredScore certification.
Gmp joins the small group of companies worldwide that have fulfilled the necessary requirements to be awarded the WiredScore Portfolio seal.
