It was also recognised as a finalist in the 2013 Sustainable Energy Europe Awards, which recognise outstanding projects for their energy efficiency.
The building has 9,595 m² of gross leasable area, distributed over 5 floors above ground, and 157 parking spaces. The building is currently the corporate headquarters of the Spanish engineering company IDOM.
It is located at number 4 Avenida Monasterio de El Escorial, in the Montecarmelo neighbourhood, one of the most consolidated areas of Madrid, which stands out for its excellent connections by public transport (train and metro), road (A1, M30, M40 and M607) and proximity to the airport.
