This was the first office building developed by Gmp.

In order to offer maximum comfort and well-being to its users, it has a wide range of services, including an outdoor gym, a collaborative space with cafeteria service called The Corner, a ROOFTOP on the rooftop and a MEETING PLACE for hosting corporate events with 2 meeting rooms. Luchana 23 has obtained the WELL Gold certification guaranteeing its continued commitment to the health and well-being of its occupants.
The building holds LEED Gold sustainable certification, top 5-Star accessibility certification AIS (Accessibility Indicator System) and Brain-Protected Space certification. It was also a pioneer in obtaining the WELL Health-Safety Rating certification.
Located in the Chamberí district, Luchana 23 enjoys an unbeatable location, very close to the Bilbao roundabout. Its surroundings offer a wide range of services, shops and restaurants and it has excellent connections to the public transport network.
In November 2023, Luchana 23 has been awarded the AIS Award for Excellence in the Built Environment before 2010, granted by the Foundation for Accessibility and Social Responsibility.
