Parque Norte is a business park comprising six exclusive office buildings following an architectural concept that emphasizes a “spirit of unity”, as the buildings are located around a central area that acts as the heart of the complex. It was designed by the international architects’ studio Rafael de La-Hoz.
In 2021 Gmp completed a comprehensive action plan to offer five new outdoor seating areas designed for the comfort and well-being of users. Spaces that promote contact and socialising and encourage innovation and creativity.
In order to offer maximum comfort and well-being to users, it offers a wide range of services, including restaurant services within the business park, a physiotherapy clinic, an urban vegetable garden and a MEETING PLACE to host corporate events comprising 3 rooms.
It holds LEED Gold sustainable certification and 4-star AIS (Accessibility Indicator System) accessibility certification. It was also a pioneer in obtaining WELL Health-Safety Rating certification.
Parque Norte has also obtained the WELL Gold certification guaranteeing its continued commitment to the health and well-being of its occupants.
In addition, it has obtained the WiredScore Platinum certification, the highest level of this international standard that measures the connectivity and quality of the telecommunications infrastructure of buildings. With this certification, the complex is positioned as a benchmark in terms of adaptability to new technologies and resilience in the face of digital obsolescence.
Recently, it was the first business park in Spain to be certified as ‘Espacio Cerebroprotegido’.
Parque Norte is located in the northeast of Madrid, at calle Serrano Galvache 56, next to the intersection of calle Arturo Soria and Avenida de San Luis. With direct access and overlooking the M30 and connected to the public transport network.
