Exclusive office building with a biophilic architecture proposal, conceived by the Ortiz León Arquitectos studio, which incorporates vegetation as a protagonist to favour the connection of the building’s clients with nature.

In order to offer maximum comfort and well-being to its users, it has a wide range of services, including a ROOFTOP, a gym and an open and collaborative space with a cafeteria and restaurant service called The Corner by DO EAT!

ARQBÓREA has been designed applying a smart approach aimed at optimising the overall management of the building, reducing its environmental impact and ensuring a high degree of well-being, safety and health for its users. It is the first building in Spain to obtain the WiredScore and SmartScore Platinum certifications. These international standards apply measurable and objective criteria to assess smart buildings.

In addition, it holds the highest level of LEED sustainable certification, Platinum, Brain-Protected Space certification and and top 5-star accessibility rating for AIS (Accessibility Indicator System) certification. It was also a pioneer in obtaining WELL Health-Safety Rating certification and also has the highest level, Platinum, of WELL Shell & Core certification.

ARQBÓREA was awarded: “Special Mention” in the category of Best Non-Residential Real Estate Development at the ASPRIMA-SIMA Awards, “Best New Building 2020” at the AEO (Spanish Office Association) Awards and received the “Merit Award” in the “Office Project” category at the 7th edition of the CREDAWARD (China Real Estate & Design Award) and “Gold Winner” at the APR magazine’s Global Future Design Awards 2022.

It is located at Calle Quintanadueñas 6, in Las Tablas. It is connected to the main access and exit roads of the city, only 5 minutes away from Paseo de la Castellana and next to the new project “Madrid Nuevo Norte”.
