The safety, and health of people are integrated into our strategic vision.

This commitment is demonstrated by implementing a Health and Safety Management System, certified according to the UNE-EN ISO 45001:2018 standard, which enables us to identify risks, define controls and establish health and safety guidelines.

Beyond regulatory compliance, we strive to raise our quality standards in this area:

We carry out control and monitoring of our buildings to identify possible risks and establish the corresponding preventive measures through periodic assessments and inspections.
We undertake the coordination of the different activities carried out in our assets, promoting continuous communication with clients and collaborators in order to establish the necessary measures and identify possible opportunities for improvement.
All our buildings have updated Self-Protection Plans, and periodic drills are carried out.
Our buildings have certifications linked to the safety, health and well-being of people: WELL, WELL Health & Safety, AIS or Espacio Cerebroprotegido.
We have a wellness programme that covers the dimensions of mind, body, relationships and finances, with the aim of guaranteeing the care of the people who make up our team.
