So it was that in the eighties it undertook a process of gradually acquiring strategic assets, as the raw materials for future tertiary developments in the district of Las Tablas in the north of Madrid. Gmp has managed this from the outset and has developed a business park and an office building on this land, covering a total area of 183,188 m².
It is currently managing its own portfolio of tertiary land in Valdebebas, Las Rozas and Las Tablas, where it has 65,105 m² of buildable area for new projects.

Property management of all Gmp owned buildings is performed by a team of highly committed and client-led professionals.
The Head of Client Management acts the direct interlocutor between the client and owner. All properties managed by Gmp have an on-site Facility Manager.
