Within our investment activity at Gmp we include both land and developed buildings. Over the years, we have known how to identify and position ourselves in advance in the business expan-sion areas in Madrid that have the greatest potential.
From the 1980s, we gradually began to acquire strategic land plots for future third-party developments in Tablas area, which we have managed from the outset, and where we have developed business parks and buildings.
In recent years, we have acquired land in the areas of Méndez Álvaro and Sanchinarro, two of the areas of Madrid with the highest growth and concentration of businesses.
Additionally, we made our first investment in Barcelona through the acquisition of three office buildings in the 22@ district.
At Gmp we have our own land bank with a buildable area for new office projects of 74,867 m² in the areas of Valdebebas, Las Rozas, Las Tablas, Sanchinarro and Méndez Álvaro.
Our investment activity is combined with rotating non-strategic assets which allows us to unlock latent capital gains and use them to improve the efficiency and quality of our portfolio through new investments or developments.

The Head of Property Management and his team play a key role in efficient incident resolution and in anticipating clients’ needs. All the buildings we manage have a Portfolio Manager and Facility Manager located in the building who provides personalised attention to the client.
