The Ethical Channel of Grupo Gmp and it´s subsidiaries aims to ensure that it´s conduct, it´s subsidiaries, employees, managers and administrators within it´s activity, in addition to the legislation in force and it´s corporate governance system, complies with generally accepted principles of ethics and social responsibility.
The Ethics Channel is a secure, anonymous and confidential means of communication for any third party to report any irregularity or non-compliance related to bad practices within the organization, committed in relation to the requirements arising from the Code of Conduct, the responsibilities of the Company’s Criminal Risk Prevention Model, the values and principles of its Code of Conduct and current legislation on Criminal Liability of Legal Entities as well as in the area of workplace harassment.
