The Client Manager acts as the direct interlocutor between the client and Gmp.
The Facility Manager for each building or business park ensures direct and personalised communication and helps find effective solutions to requests made by tenants. This role is responsible for managing all the services and work teams: surveillance and security, receptionists, maintenance and cleaning staff.
Aligned with its quality policy, Gmp conducts annual surveys to measure the satisfaction level of all its clients. In 2017, the average score was 4.1 out 5. Our clients see Gmp as a serious, professional, responsible Company, committed to ongoing improvement. Our Facility Managers receive a particularly high rating, scoring 4.5 out of 5 in 2017; based on their availability, efficiency in resolving incidents, communication skills and agreeableness; making everyday life better for our clients.
Aligned with Gmp’s quality standards, conservation, maintenance and improvement plans and actions are developed annually, for which the Company provides the investment required in full.
